"I started in the entertainment business like many of you, as a volunteer entertainment chairman for a local festival.  I felt the fees being charged by many of the agencies were outrageous.  Seeing the need for a hard-working and honest supplier, that could offer quality service with discount prices, I began RMA and have enjoyed working for our fair and festival clients."

Mr. Modesitt is a former police officer, Chief of Police, Member of the State Legislature and former County Commissioner for Wood County, WV.

Chuck Lipps, Vice President

Chuck joined RMA in 1999 after a long career as a touring musician in the bands THE BREEZE, COPPERWINE and ROLLER.  Having worked with hundreds of fairs and festivals as well as top names in the music industry, his experience on "both sides of the fence" (artist and agent) lends itself to a smooth event.  He also has an extensive background in radio and promotion.  With over 30 years in the business, his knowledge and direction are valuable tools for your event.

Chris Miller, Executive Producer

Chris has been with RMA since the beginning!  He has extensive background in radio, television, marketing and advertising, which is a valuable asset in helping promote shows.  Chris is a firm believer in providing "the best possible service and the best price"

 

 

 


Randy Snyder, Associate Producer

Randy become involved with RMA through his volunteer work with a local festival. He is a "people pleaser" who understands the work it takes to run a successful fair or festival.
